A product of the Hershey Company, Reese’s Pieces became famous around the world after featuring in Steven Spielberg’s E.T the Extra-Terrestrial (after Mars refused). Reese’s has now branched out into a huge range of chocolate and American candy products. Reese’s are known as one of the most recognisable American candy brands in the world.

Originally made by the H.B. Reese Candy Company, Reese’s Pieces were created by Harry Burnett Reese. Reese started his chocolate empire after originally becoming unemployed in 1919, before taking over an old canning factory in Pennsylvania.
